See the Final Draft Climate Action Plan!

freeport's draft climate action plan

Freeport's Climate Action Plan is meant to be a roadmap for the town to shape a future that is healthy, safe, and resilient. The strategies and actions in this plan will help guide policy decisions in the years to come.

The Freeport Sustainability Advisory Board has been engaging the community in developing strategies and has created a final draft Plan that will be presented to Town Council for consideration in the coming months.

Tentatively, the Plan will be announced at the April 2nd Council meeting and there will be a more in-depth workshop with Council their second meeting in April.

We invite you to explore the Draft Plan!
