Survey and Materials from the Freeport Climate Resilience Community Workshop - held 06/22/22

The Town of Freeport is working with the Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) to enroll in the State of Maine Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future (GOPIF) Community Resilience Partnership.  More information on the program can be viewed here.

As part of the enrollment process, the Town hosted a community workshop on June 22, 2022.  If you missed the workshop, you can view a recording here

The purpose of the workshop was to learn about the climate hazards and impacts facing Freeport , to hear about priority projects that will help the town be more resilient and for the community to give input on which projects should be prioritized for funding.  Part of the workshop included a survey.  If you were not able to attend the meeting and did not have a chance to complete the survey, you can do so through this link  Freeport Climate Resilience (arcgis.com)  If you wish to provide input through the survey, we ask that the survey be completed by 07/08/22.

For additional information from the workshop, please see the attached files.

Please contact the  Freeport Planning Department if you have any questions or need help accessing any of these materials.
