PUBLIC NOTICE - SITEWALK

On Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. the Freeport Project Review Board will conduct sitewalk at the Cedar Haven Family Campground on Baker Road (Tax Assessor Map 17, Lots 18A, 18B, 19, 20A, & 20D - 37, 39, 43, 51 & 45 Baker Road). The Board will be visiting the site with regards to an application submitted by Cedar Haven Family Campground for Site Plan Review for alterations and an expansion. Approximately twenty-five (25) new campsites are proposed, along with an additional 550 feet access drive and a new 1,300 square foot bath house. Two existing residential parcels are proposed to now be part of the campground. The purpose of the sitewalk is to look at the site in relation to the proposed changes.

The sitewalk will begin from the existing registration office at the Cedar Haven Family Campground at 39 Baker Road. Access to the site will be from the existing main entrance. Parking is available on site.
