FOAA: Freedom of Access Policy
The public has the right to know of the activities of Town government. In this spirit, the town has a policy that provides standardized methods for responding to FOAA requests, to ensure that all records sought are produced in an efficient, consistent, verifiable and credible manner in accordance with State law. ADA: Non-Discrimination Policies
The Town of Freeport does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in employment or in the Town’s services, programs, or activities.
