TOWN OF FREEPORT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

Public Hearings have been scheduled for May 16, 2023 at the Freeport Town Council meeting starting at 6:00 pm at Freeport Town Hall, 30 Main Street, Freeport to discuss the following:

 

  • Amendments to the Chapter 11, Building Code Ordinance of the Town of Freeport to adopt the 2021 Stretch Energy Codes effective July 1, 2023.

 

  • Amendments to the Chapter 39, Loitering, Curfew and Noise Ordinance of the Town of Freeport to add a new section pertaining to nuisance lighting.
