TOWN OF FREEPORT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public Hearings have been scheduled for September 19, 2023 at the Freeport Town Council meeting starting at 6:00 pm at Freeport Town Hall, 30 Main Street, Freeport to discuss the following:
- a proposed consent agreement between the Town of Freeport, Gregory and Deborah Link and Hardy Farm Investments, Inc. for a property located at 4 Dixon Road (Tax Assessor Map 1, Lot 6-1) and for the purpose of enforcing and resolving violations of the following municipal ordinances – Chapter 65 – Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 21 – Freeport Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 16 – Flood Plain Management Ordinance, and Chapter 61 – Short-Term Rental Registration Ordinance.
