NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Public Hearings have been scheduled for August 1, 2023 at the Freeport Town Council meeting starting at 6:00 pm at Freeport Town Hall, 30 Main Street, Freeport to discuss the following:

• Special Amusement Permit renewals for the following:

1.  Cadenza-5 Depot Street

2.  Freeport Oyster Bar-43 Main Street

3.  Stars & Stripes-8 Varney Road

4.  Hilton Garden Inn-5 Park Street

• Amendments to Chapter 32, Shellfish Conservation Ordinance to add provisions for an additional lottery and the amendment of the minimum age requirements be approved.
