Contamination has become a major driver of the rising costs of recycling.

In order to avoid surcharge fees, Freeport residents must bring contamination rates down below 5%.

Katrina will teach us which materials are contaminants, and which can be recycled. She will also train volunteers on effective techniques to educate residents who use the recycling silver bullets.
