THE TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE HAS FOUR MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

Elections, Vital Records, Licensing and Keeper of Town Council and Board/Committee minutes.  Services offered and other information are listed to the below.

 

Notary Services:

Notary Public Services are offered through the Clerk's Office.

Freeport residents: $6 per notarization

Non-residents: $9 per notarization

If you are in need of Notorial Services, please bring proper I.D. and do not sign your document(s) ahead of time.

Dedimus Justice Services are also offered free of charge.

PASSPORTS:

Anyone wanting to obtain or renew a passport, get passport forms, or ask questions about passports, may visit here, call the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778 or contact one of the passport acceptance facilities in our area including:
