Request for Proposals - Use of Bartol Library Building

The Town has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the future use of the Bartol Library Building, located at 55 Main Street. The Bartol Library Building is a historic building owned by the Town of Freeport, located on Main Street in Freeport’s Village Commercial District. Over the past 20+ years, the building has been leased by the Town to two separate national retailers for use as a business location. Prior to that, the property served as Freeport's Public Library for over 90 years.
