TOWN OF FREEPORT -NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Public Hearings have been scheduled for September 17, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the

Freeport Community Center to discuss:

Amendments to the Freeport Zoning Ordinance, (Section 104, 426, 507) pertaining to the Island District.

The repeal of a Retirement Community Overlay District, Tax Assessor Map 23, Lots 43, 45 & 49 originally approved October 17, 2006.
