Project Review Board - Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING

The Freeport Project Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Freeport Town Hall Council Chambers to discuss an application from Granite Park LLC for approval of a five lot, Open Space, residential Subdivision.  Two of the lots/units are existing and are located on Wood Thrush Lane (Tax Assessor Map 20, Lots 4 & 4-1).  A new road off US Route One is proposed for the three additional units.  Open space is required.  The public is welcome to attend.  Submitted materials are available for viewing in the Planning Office at the Freeport Town Hall during normal business hours.
