The Freeport Project Review Board will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Freeport Town Hall Council Chambers to discuss the following applications:
1) The request from Freeport Heights, LLC for an extension of the previous Site Plan and Subdivision approvals for the Freeport Heights Retirement Community on Old County Road (Tax Assessor Map 26, Lots 38A, 38B, & 38C). The previous approval included adding an 85-unit assisted living/independent care facility and 73 cottage units to their existing facilities. An updated phasing plan is proposed.
2) The request from Fletcher Property Group, LLC for preliminary subdivision plan approval for a residential open-space subdivision located off Young’s Lane (Tax Assessor Map 26, Lot 4A). Plans include four residential lots with a total of six single-family dwellings and four duplexes. A road extension and 34 acres of open space are proposed.
The public is welcome to attend. Submitted materials are available for viewing in the Town Planner’s Office at the Freeport Town Hall during normal business hours.
