Item 3: Public Hearings:

To consider a limited setback reduction for creation of a fifty (50) foot wide Private Right of Way.  Harriet C. Nichols, 2 Orchard Hill Road, Tax Map 20, Lot 26, Book 30743, Page 83, located in the Rural Residential-1 (RR-1).  RR-1 Zoning District requires a Fifty (50) foot Front and Sides, and Seventy-Five (75) foot Rear setbacks.
