Asylum Seeker Ad Hoc Committee

An ad hoc committee has been established to determine how to support asylum seekers who choose to relocate to Freeport. This committee currently consists of eight members and is chaired by Melanie Sachs. Membership will be limited to twelve members, so if you have an interest in participating, please contact Johanna Hanselman at jhanselman@freeportmaine.com, or 865-4743 x120, or stop by at the Town Hall. Meetings will take place on Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.
