To consider an administrative appeal of a building permit denial for Susan Murphy, 8 Talbot Way, Tax Map 2, Lot 22, Book 29686, Page 325.

To consider a limited setback reduction to demolish existing dwelling and reconstruction of a new single-family dwelling.  The Adam and Ana Family Dierkhising Trust, 29 Castle Road, Tax Map 1, Lot 16G, Book 35550, Page 230, located in the Village-2 (V-2) Zoning District and Shoreland Area (SA).  V-2 Zoning District requires a Twenty-Five (25) foot Front & Rear, and a fifteen (15) foot side setbacks, SA District requires a Seventy-Five (75) foot setback from the shoreline.
