Beech Hill Road- Fill Permit
The applicant is seeking approval for an After-the-Fact-Fill Permit of approximately 2,823 cubic yards of materials for a partially built private road to access lots at their property off Beech Hill Road. The partial private driveway is approximately 740 feet in length. No other changes are proposed. Zoning District: Rural Residential I (RR1). Tax Assessor Map 21, Lots 84 and 84A. R.L. Morrison Excavating, Inc. and Jeff Morrison, applicants and owners; Anthony Panciocco, P.E. Atlantic Resource Consultants, engineering consultant.
