ITEM II: Approval of the minutes from the Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Planning Board meeting.
ITEM III: WORKSHOP - This workshop has been requested by Desert of Maine Campground, Inc. and Heestand Family Holding, LLC to discuss options for possible amendments to the Freeport Zoning Ordinance to allow for proposed development and redevelopment of the Desert of Maine Property at 95 Desert Road (Tax Map 22, Lot 8). The applicant is looking for some feedback from the Board on some different options. This will be a discussion only and no action by the Board will be taken.
ITEM IV: Discussion of upcoming meeting schedule and possible agenda items including: public notification requirements; draft solar regulations; Shoreland Zoning updates; and, a possible repeal of Section 504 C. Rural Flexible Lot Development of the Freeport Zoning Ordinance.
