1. To consider a limited setback reduction for the construction of a detached garage.  Carl A. Vonsaltza, 50 Upper Mast Landing Road, Tax Map 20, Lot 28, Book 14264, Page 110, located in the Rural Residential-1 (RR-1).  RR-1 Zoning District requires a Fifty (50) foot Front(s) and Sides, and Seventy-Five (75) foot Rear setbacks.   

2. To consider a limited setback reduction for the construction of a new dwelling.  Linda Allen, Off Arnold Road, Tax Map 28, Lot 14, Book 11283, Page 111, located in the Rural Residential-1 (RR-2).  RR-2 Zoning District requires a Fifty (50) foot Front(s) and Sides, and Seventy-Five (75) foot Rear setbacks.   

3.To consider an administrative appeal of a Notice of Violation for SPR LLC, 1 Overboard Lane, Tax Map 25, Lot 61C, Book 33848, Page 24
