V-1 Zoning District requires a Twenty-Five (25) foot Front and Rear, and Fifteen (15) foot Side setbacks.
To consider a Mislocated building appeal. Maguire Construction, Inc., 395 US Route One, Tax Map 23, Lot 66-1, Book 33243, Page 245, located in the Commercial-1 (C-1) Zoning District. C-1 Zoning District requires a Fifteen (15) foot Front, Sides, and Rear setbacks.
