To consider a limited setback reduction for creation of a thirty (30) foot wide Private Right of Way.  Richard C. & Frances E. Taisey, 207 Main Street, Tax Map 12, Lot 55, Book 4422, Page 185, located in the Village-1 (V-1) and Freeport Village Overlay District (FVOD).  V-1 Zoning District requires a Twenty-Five (25) foot Front and Rear, and Fifteen (15) foot Side setbacks.   

To consider a Mislocated building appeal.  Maguire Construction, Inc., 395 US Route One, Tax Map 23, Lot 66-1, Book 33243, Page 245, located in the Commercial-1 (C-1) Zoning District.  C-1 Zoning District requires a Fifteen (15)  foot Front, Sides, and Rear setbacks.
