The Freeport Project Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Freeport Town Hall Council Chambers to discuss an application from Devine Capital LLC for a Commercial Open Space Subdivision at 6 & 8 Desert Road (Tax Assessor Map 22, Lots 24 & 24B). 144 units (in six residential buildings), 5 garage buildings, a clubhouse with pool and associated site improvements are proposed. Open space is required. Site Plan Review and Subdivision review are required. The public is welcome to attend. Submitted materials are available for viewing in the Planning Office at the Freeport Town Hall during normal business hours.
