To consider a minimum lot size variance for Arnold and Yancy Pitman, Mitchell and Molly Ogden applicants, 10 Buttercup Dr., Tax Map 17, Lot 34-6, Book 27124, Page 104,105, to create a two family dwelling, zoned MDR-1, 60,000 square feet of land required.
